Unifoam AZ VI-40 by Otsuka Chemical is a foaming agent. This lightweight grade exhibits excellent elasticity, air permeability, retractility, vibration proofing, thermal insulation, and sound insulation. It is composed of azodicarbonamide. It provides high solubility and dispersibility, high gas volume, adjustable decomposition temperature, low mold contamination, and high storage stability. Unifoam AZ VI-40 is recommended for use in EVA, PVC, and rubber foaming. It is suitable for coating, calendering, injection molding, and extrusion.
