Perkadox® PM-60ST-GR by Nouryon is a polymer modifier for decreasing the MFI of recycled polypropylene (PP). It offers improved melt strength and mechanical properties. It is formulated with 60% stabilizer package and water to improve its safety profile. It is for used in high temperature environments including extrusion halls. Perkadox® PM-60ST-GR is suitable for reactive extrusion of polypropylene (PP) and recycled polypropylene (rPP). Perkadox® AMBN-GR BY Nouryon is an initiator for bulk, solution and suspension. It is suitable for styrene, vinyl chloride, vinylidene, acrylonitrile, acrylates and methacrylates. Perkadox® AMBN-GR generates less aggressive C radicals compared to peroxide initiators, avoiding excessive grafting and form low-molecular weight resins. The shelf life of this product is 3 months. Perkadox® 16 by Nouryon is an initiator for suspension polymerization of acrylates and methacrylates. It is used for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins and methacrylic resins mainly in the temperature range of 60°C and higher.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It can be used alone or in combination with other peroxides, such as 1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutyl peroxyneodecanoate, cumyl peroxyneodecanoate or dilauroyl peroxide to increase reactor efficiency.</li> <li> Perkadox® 16 is an initiator for the production of PVC, PVA, PVOH and acrylics.</li> <li> It is used in pultrusion.</li> <li> It has a shelf life of 3 months.</li> </ul> Perkadox® 16-W40 by Nouryon is a solvent-free, polymerization initiator for the production of PVC, PVA, PVOH, (meth)acrylates and acrylics in the temperature range between 40°C and 65°C. It can be used in combination with other peroxides such as 1,1,3,3-Tetramethylbutyl peroxyneodecanoate (Trigonox 423), Cumyl peroxyneodecanoate (Trigonox 99) or Dilauroyl peroxide (Laurox) to increase reactor efficiency. Perkadox® 16-W40 enhances safety, no contamination of the VCM recycle stream and enhancement of PVC purity. Perkadox® BC-FF by Nouryon is a cross-linking and thermoset curing agent. It is pure, general purpose, monofunctional dialkyl peroxide. It is used for the (co)polymerization of styrene in the temperature range of 110-165°C. It may also be used as synergistic co-agent in combination with halogen containing flame retardants to produce flame-retardant expandable polystyrene. It is a high temperature initiator for the curing of unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester and acrylic thermosetting resins. This additive is used for the cross-linking of natural and synthetic rubbers, as well as thermoplastic polyolefins. Rubber compounds containing this product have good processing safety with a moderate rate of cure. It is suitable for XLPE power distribution cables. The shelf life of Perkadox® BC-FF is 12 months. Perkadox® AIBN-pd by Nouryon is a polymerization initiator and chemical blowing agent. It is compatible with silicone rubber and PVC. Perkadox® L-50S-PS by Nouryon is a monofunctional peroxide formulation used for the cross-linking of silicone rubbers. It can easily be incorporated into a silicone rubber compound on a 2-roll mill. Perkadox® L-50S-PS is diacyl peroxide, 50% active ingredient in silicone oil and silica, in a paste form for ease of dispersion. The shelf life of this product is six months. Perkadox® BC-40S-PS by Nouryon is a monofunctional peroxide used for cross-linking silicone rubber. It is 40% formulation in paste form. Compounds containing Perkadox® BC-40S-PS combine good processing safety with a moderate speed of cure. The shelf life of this product is 6 months. Perkadox® BC-40MB-GR by Nouryon is a monofunctional peroxide masterbatch formulation used for cross-linking natural & synthetic rubbers and thermoplastic polyolefins. Rubber compounds containing Perkadox® BC-40MB-GR combine good processing safety with a fair speed of cure. This general purpose dialkyl peroxide, 40% active ingredient on CaCO<sub>3</sub>, silica and EPDM in granule form shows ease of dispersion in an elastomer compound. The shelf life of this product is 6 months. Perkadox® SE-8 by Nouryon is an initiator for the (co)polymerization of ethylene and vinylidene chloride. It is an excellent initiator for the suspension and mass polymerization of vinyl chloride in the temperature range 60-75°C. The shelf of Perkadox® SE-8 is 3 months.
