ACRYSET™ BPA328

ACRYSET™ BPA328 by Nippon Shokubai is an epoxy resin toughened with cross-linked acrylic rubber particles finely dispersed in a matrix of bisphenol A-type epoxy resin. It is highly elastic with low internal stress and has excellent adhesion. It shows heat- and crack resistance, improved brittleness and excellent durability. It is used as a matrix resin for CFRP materials.

EPOCROS™ WS-500

EPOCROS™ WS-500 by Nippon Shokubai acts as an adhesion promoter and crosslinking agent. It is a standard acrylic-based oxazoline functionalized reactive copolymer. The new crosslinking technology enhances the reactivity between oxazoline groups and carboxy groups through a heating and mixing process involving EPOCROS™ WS and a carboxy group-containing emulsion with a specific neutralization rate. It offers lower curing temperature, excellent storage stability, no peeling and long pot life for one packaging. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It offers fast-drying, low-toxicity and high crosslinking density with minimal usage. </li> <li> It has higher reactivity than water-based epoxy, melamine and blocked isocyanate. </li> <li> It provides enhanced resistance to water, solvents and heat as well as superior film strength.</li><li> EPOCROS™ WS-500 is suitable for polyethylene terephthalate (PET), oriented polypropylene (OPP) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) applications. </li><li>It is registered with CSCA (Japan), TSCA (USA), REACH EU and IECSC (China) regulations.</li></ul>
