It is compatible with natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, latex, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber etc. It is soluble in chloroform, benzene, acetone, carbon disulfide, a little soluble in gasoline and carbon tetrachloride, insoluble in water and dilute alkali. Curekind® CuMDC(CDD) Dust free Powder by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a copper dimethyl dithiocarbamate. It acts as a fast-curing accelerator. It is compatible with SBR, butyl rubber and 4-polybutadiene rubber. Its dosage rate for SBR as primary accelerator is 0.2-0.75 phr, combine use with sulfenamide accelerator 1.5-0.2 phr and sulfur 2.0-0.5 phr and for SBR as secondary accelerator is 0.05-0.2 phr, combine use with sulfonamide accelerator 0.5-2.0 phr and sulfur 2.5-1.5 phr, for butyl rubber as primary accelerator is 1.0-2.0 phr, combine use with sulfenamide accelerator 0.5-2.0 phr and sulfur 2.0-1.0 phr. Curekind® ZDMC(PZ) Powder by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a zinc dimethyl dithiocarbamate. Acts as a fast curing accelerator. It is compatible with natural, synthetic rubber, butyl rubber, nitrile rubber and latex. Curekind® ZDMC(PZ) Powder is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA and under BgVV XXI. Curekind® TMTD(TT) Dust free Powder by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a tetramethylthiuram disulfide. Acts as accelerator or vulcanizator. It is compatible with natural and synthetic rubber and latex. Being a good secondary accelerator of thiazol, can be combination used with other accelerators to the continuous vulcanization. Curekind® CBS(CZ) Powder by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a n-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolesulfenamide. Acts as a delayed action accelerator. It is compatible with natural and synthetic rubber. Improves the physical and mechanical properties of rubber products. Curekind® CBS(CZ) Powder is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR177.2600 and under BgVV XXI, Category 4. Curekind® CuMDC(CDD) Powder by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a copper dimethyl dithiocarbamate. Acts as a fast curing accelerator. It is compatible with SBR, butyl rubber and 4-polybutadiene rubber. Curekind® CuMDC(CDD) Powder dosage rate for SBR as primary accelerator is 0.2-0.75 phr, combine use with sulfenamide accelerator 1.5-0.2 phr and sulfur 2.0-0.5 phr and for SBR as secondary accelerator is 0.05-0.2phr, combine use with sulfonamide accelerator 0.5-2.0 phr and sulfur 2.5-1.5 phr, for butyl rubber as primary accelerator is 1.0-2.0 phr, combine use with sulfenamide accelerator 0.5-2.0 phr and sulfur 2.0-1.0 phr. Curekind® 445 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a 4,4-bis(a,a-dimethylbenzyl)diphenylamine. It is a highly efficient, non-toxic, tasteless, light color aryl secondary amine antioxidant. It has good protection performance against the light, heat, ozone, dug scratching caused by aging; also has passivation effect for base metal and heavy metal. It has low volatility. It is compatible with polyurethane, polyolefin and polyether. It is used in in natural rubber and synthetic rubbers including BR, SBR, NBR, CR and EPDM covering uses in beltings, hoses, seals, gaskets and other automotive/industrial rubber products. Curekind® 445 recommended dosage rate is 0.5-3 phr in rubber & 0.5-2.0 phr in raw rubber stabilizer.
