Curekind® CuMDC(CDD) Dust free Powder by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a copper dimethyl dithiocarbamate. It acts as a fast-curing accelerator. It is compatible with SBR, butyl rubber and 4-polybutadiene rubber. Its dosage rate for SBR as primary accelerator is 0.2-0.75 phr, combine use with sulfenamide accelerator 1.5-0.2 phr and sulfur 2.0-0.5 phr and for SBR as secondary accelerator is 0.05-0.2 phr, combine use with sulfonamide accelerator 0.5-2.0 phr and sulfur 2.5-1.5 phr, for butyl rubber as primary accelerator is 1.0-2.0 phr, combine use with sulfenamide accelerator 0.5-2.0 phr and sulfur 2.0-1.0 phr.
