Actmix® DPTT-70GE F140 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a dipentamethylene thiuram tetrasulfide. Acts as a vulcanization accelerator. It can be combined with thiols and sulfenamides accelerators as an activator and secondary accelerator. It is compatible with NBR, SBR, AR, ECO, NR and synthetic rubber. Used in seals and heat resistant products of EPDM and IIR. Its recommended dosage rate is 0.35-3.5 phr. Actmix® MBTS-75GE F140 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a 75 wt% 2,2-dibenzothiazole disulfide. It is a general quasi-ultrafast accelerator. It contains 25 wt% polymer binder and dispersing agent. MBTS together with dithiocarbamates can avoid scorching. Thiurams, dithiocarbamates and aldehyde-amines can activate MBTS. Its vulcanizate has an excellent heat-aging resistance. MBTS together with dithiocarbamates can avoid scorching. Thiurams, dithiocarbamates and aldehyde-amines can activate MBTS. It is a retarder for processing and vulcanization of CR compounds. Actmix® HMMM-50GE F140 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a hexamethoxy methyl melamine. Acts as an adhesive agent. It is an adhesive of rubber and framework materials due to reactions with methylene acceptor at vulcanizing temperature. It can react to thermosetting resin together with other adhesives such as GLR-18 resin, RE, RS, etc., which will lose effect if reaction starts before vulcanization. It is compatible with NBR, SBR, AR and ECO. Its recommended addition level is 3-5 phr. Actmix® ZBPD-50GE F140 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a zinco,o-dibutyldithiophosphate. Acts as a vulcanization accelerator. It is a special accelerator for EPDM containing sulfur, ZnO, thiazoles and thiurams accelerators. It can lead to high degree of cross-linking and non-blooming when dosage is up to maximum recommended amount. It is compatible with NBR, SBR, AR and ECO. Its recommended dosage rate is 2-4 phr. Actmix® OTOS-80GE F200 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a morpholin-4-yl morpholine-4-carbodithioate. Acts as a vulcanization accelerator. It contains 20 wt% polymer binder and dispersing agent. It is an activator which has great activity above 149°C for high temperature vulcanization. It is a fast vulcanization rate and long scorching time accelerator for NR, BR, SBR, NBR, etc and its vulcanizate has excellent properties such as high tensile strength, small permanent deformation, low compression heat, good elasticity. It has excellent vulcanization reversion resistance for high temperature vulcanization of NR. Combination with benzothiazoles or sulfonamides accelerators can lead to a remarkable synergistic effect and reduce total dosage of accelerators significantly to reduce the cost of rubber mixing. It is a sulfur donor in effective or ineffective vulcanization system. Used in rubber products. Actmix® ETU-80GE F140 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a 80 wt% ethylene thiourea. Acts as a vulcanization accelerator. It contains 20 wt% polymer binder and dispersing agent. It can accelerate vulcanization rate of CR and has high scorching safety. It is an activator and secondary accelerator for low-sulfur or sulfurless vulcanization of other dienes rubber. It can improve heat aging resistance, physical and mechanical properties of vulcanizates. It causes no blooming appearance. It is compatible with EPDM/EVM, NBR, SBR, AR and ECO. Used in CR and CSM CPE products. Actmix® TP-50GE F140 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a zinc dialkyldithiophosphate (50%). Acts as a vulcanization accelerator. It is a special accelerator for EPDM containing sulfur, ZnO, thiazoles and thiurams accelerators. It can lead to high degree of cross-linking and non-blooming when dosage is up to maximum recommended amount. It is compatible with NBR, SBR, AR and ECO. Its recommended dosage rate is 2-4 phr. Actmix® TBBS-80GE F200 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a 80 wt% N-tert.-butyl-2-benzothiazol sulfonamide. Acts as a vulcanization accelerator. It contains 20 wt% polymer binder and dispersing agent. It can lead to long scorching time of rubber compounds, high processing safety and fast vulcanization rate. It can be used alone in low-sulfur vulcanization and can also be combined with dithiocarbamates or thiurams accelerators to improve anti-aging property and modulus of its vulcanizate. Combination with dithiocarbamates and thiurams accelerators can lower vulcanization rate of rubber compounds significantly. Thioureas accelerators have obvious secondary acceleration to TBBS, especially in low-sulfur rubber compounds. TBBS can delay scorching in rubber compounds contained thiols and thiurams accelerators. It is compatible with NBR, SBR, AR and ECO. Its addition level for NR is 0.5-1.0 phr with 2.5-3.5 phr sulfur, for SBR is 1-1.4 phr with 0.2 phr thiurams accelerators and 1.5-2.5 phr sulfur. Actmix® MTT-80GE F500 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a 3-methylthiazolidine-2-thione. Acts as an accelerator. It is a thiazole heterocycles chemical, contained active sulfur atoms, can be crosslinked with a polymer containing halogen, espeicially for polychloroprene. It contains 20 wt% polymer binder and dispersing agent. It is compatible with NBR, SBR, AR and ECO. Its recommended addition level is 0.4-1.5 phr. Actmix® ADC-75P by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is an azodicarbonamide. It is a nitrogenous organic foaming agent. It has a relatively high foaming temperature, which can be effectively reduced by addition of small amount of foaming activators. It is compatible with NBR, SBR, AR and ECO. Used in various foam rubber products. Its recommended dosage rate is 1-10 phr usually.
