NEXAMITE® R305 by Nexam Chemical is a ready-to-use masterbatch, viscosity modifier for decreased melt flow rate and compatibilizer for rPE and rPP.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It counteracts thermomechanical degradation during mechanical recycling and enables upcycling of recycled high-density polyethylene in film blowing, fiber production, and extrusion blow molding.</li>
<li>It offers improved flow properties, ductility, processability, and high melt strength.</li>
<li>It is peroxide-free grade and suitable for packaging, textiles, and automotive.</li>
<li> The recommended dosage level is 2-5%.</li></ul> NEXAMITE® MO20601 by Nexam Chemical acts as an IV enhancer. It allows long chain branching of polyolefins. It is a ready-to-use masterbatch which enables an efficient and fast way to increase the melt strength and intrinsic viscosity (IV), without the need of any solid-state polymerization in various PET applications. It does not require pre-dying. NEXAMITE® MO20601 is compliant with several Food Contact Material Regulations. NEXAMITE® R203 by Nexam Chemical acts as a compatibilizer. It increases molecular weight and decreases melt flow rate. It is used to compatibilize PP with PE and other polyolefins. It improves sustainability footprint.<br>

<li>The recommended dosage level of NEXAMITE® R203 is 1-5%.</li></ul> NEXAMITE® R303 by Nexam Chemical is a ready to use masterbatch for HDPE, MDPE and LLDPE. It offers improved flow properties, higher melt strength, low sagging, enhanced FNCT & ESCR, and impact resistance. The recommended dosage level is 1-2%. NEXAMITE® R301 by Nexam Chemical is a ready to use masterbatch for polyethylene (PE). It offers improved flow properties, higher melt strength, enhanced ESCR and improved mechanical properties. The recommended dosage level is 1-3%. NEXAMITE® R201 by Nexam Chemical acts as a compatibilizer. It increases molecular weight and decreases melt flow rate. It is used to compatibilize PP with PE and other polyolefins.<br>

It offers increased molecular weight and process stabilization during melt processing. It reduces the acid concentration for improved hydrolysis resistance.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>NEXAMITE® M992000 is a ready-to-use masterbatch which enables an efficient and fast way to increase the melt strength and intrinsic viscosity (IV), without the need of any solid-state polymerization in various PET applications.</li>
<li>It is free from epoxy and epichlorohydrin derivatives.</li></ul> NEXAMITE® A94 by Nexam Chemical acts as a linear chain extender. It offers increased molecular weight during the melt processing of the polyamide.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is recommended for applications where process stabilization and increased mechanical properties are desired.</li>
<li>NEXAMITE® A94 is suitable for injection molding and filament extrusion.</li>
<li>It is recommended for polyamides including r-PA, PA6.10, PA6.12, PA10.10, PA11, PA12, PA6, PA4.6 and PA6.6.</li></ul> NEXAMITE® A56 by Nexam Chemical acts as long-chain branching and crosslinking agent. It shows positive effect on the mechanical properties, such as flexural strength & modulus and increased elongation at break.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is used to avoid unwanted effects such as parison sag.</li>
<li>NEXAMITE® A56 is suitable for injection- & blow molding as well as pipe- & tube extrusion.</li>
<li>It is recommended for polyamides including PA6.10, PA6.12, PA10.10, PA11, PA12, PA6, PA4.6 and PA6.6.</li></ul> NEXAMITE® M480502 by Nexam Chemical acts as a crosslinking agent. It offers improved processability by forming long chain branches which enhances the melt strength at dosage <<1%. It prevents sagging in pipe extrusion.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It reacts through an addition reaction activated by heat without forming any volatile by-products.</li>
<li>It improves mechanical performance, chemical resistance and long term properties.</li>
<li>NEXAMITE® M480502 is suitable for peroxide-free crosslinking of polyethylene including HDPE, MDPE, LLDPE and mLLDPE.</li>
<li>It is recommended for film, blow molding, geomembrane, PEX pipes, foam and recycling.</li></ul>
