SANSO CIZER DINA by New Japan Chemical is Diisononyl adipate. Is an adipate secondary plasticizer synthesized from C9 alcohol which is obtained by oxidizing normal butene dimer. SANSO CIZER DINA has excellent plasticization efficiency, cold and volatility resistance. Used in wrap films. Listed in TSCA and 2-861 (ENCS/ISHL) Japan. SANSO CIZER DOA by New Japan Chemical is Adipic acid di-2-ethylhexyl. SANSO CIZER DOA is a cold-resistant plasticizer. It has relatively good miscibility, high plasticization efficiency, and less thermal coloration. As it is suitable for blending which requires enhanced cold resistance, it is used with primary plasticizers such as DOP and DINP. Used in wrap films, leathers, etc. Listed in TSCA and 2-861 (ENCS/ISHL) Japan. SANSO CIZER DOP by New Japan Chemical is Phthalic acid di-2-ethylhexyl. Is a plasticizer. Provides flexibility, electrical insulation, cold -, volatility-, migration- and extraction resistance. It is excellent in miscibility with vinyl resins such as vinyl chloride or vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymers. SANSO CIZER DOP is used in leathers, sheets, films, electric wires etc. Listed in TSCA and 3-1307 (ENCS/ISHL) Japan. SANSO CIZER TCP by New Japan Chemical is a plasticizer. Provides good flame resistance, electric insulation, weather resistance and hydrolysis resistance in addition to good gelation capability. Used in flame retardants, vinyl chloride, synthetic rubbers and cellulose. SANSO CIZER TCP is listed in 3-2613 (ENCS/ISHL) Japan and TSCA. SANSO CIZER E-PS by New Japan Chemical is a monomeric epoxy plasticizer. It has thermal resistance, weather resistance, miscibility, processability, and functional property that are equivalent or superior to DOP. It gives almost no concern about an oily feeling and bleed. Used in films and sealing. It is registered (L-7127) in the PL of Japan hygienic PVC association (JHPA). Listed in 3-2461 (ENCS/ISHL) Japan and ELINCS. SANSO CIZER DOTP by New Japan Chemical is a primary plasticizer synthesized from tetrahydrophthalic anhydride and 2-ethylhexanol. It has superior cold resistance and sol viscosity stability. Used in vinyl chloride and rubbers. Listed in 3-2437 (ENCS/ISHL). Epoxidized fatty acid 2-ethylhexyl. Is a monomeric epoxy plasticizer. It has great compatibility with vinyl chloride. It has favorable plasticization efficiency, heat stability, cold- and weather resistance. When combined with metal soap, its heat stability is more enhanced by a synergistic effect. Used in films, leathers and sheets. Listed in 2-1432 (ENCS/ISHL) Japan. Diisodecyl phthalate. Is a plasticizer. It has excellent retention property in terms of volatility- , water-, oil- and migration resistance, etc. It has almost the same level of miscibility with vinyl chloride as that of DOP, and additionally has a higher molecular weight than that of DOP. Used in films, sheets, leathers and electric wires, etc. Listed in TSCA and 3-1307 (ENCS/ISHL) Japan. Epoxidized fatty acid butyl. Epoxidized soybean oil. Is an epoxy fat plasticizer. It has outstanding heat stability and weather resistance and less volatility and migration than those of DOP and DIDP. It is the most suitable for blending in products which require oil resistance, water resistance and heat stability such as food packaging films and hoses. Used in films, hoses, leathers, electric wires, etc. Listed in TSCA and 2-1434 (ENCS/ISHL) Japan.
