JetFil® V575C by Magris Performance Materials is an extremely platy, fine talc. It is beneficiated to maximize stiffness, HDT and dimensional stability. The particle size distribution and top size of this product is engineered and controlled to provide maximum impact strength and the best balance of stiffness/impact resistance. It is compacted to enhance compounding throughput and reduce dust generation. JetFil® V575C is recommended for plastic application. JetFil® V390 by Magris Performance Materials is an extremely platy, coarse talc. The particle size distribution and top size of this product is engineered and controlled to provide maximum impact strength and the best balance of stiffness/ impact resistance. JetFil® V390 is beneficiated to maximize HDT and dimensional stability in plastics applications. JetFil® M200 by Magris Performance Materials is a high purity, platy, coarse talc, which is recommended for improving stiffness, HDT, and dimensional stability in polymers.<br><ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is used in polyethylene, polypropylene, and PVC based applications with loading levels up to 40% or higher.</li>
<li>It may also be used in general purpose applications and wood plastics composites (WPC) where it can provide reduced water diffusion, weight gain and swell in water, loss of elasticity and rupture modulus in moist environments, and improved warpage and creep.</li></ul> JetFil® P200 by Magris Performance Materials is an off-white, high purity, extremely platy talc. It improves stiffness, HDT and dimensional stability in general purpose. It is used in commodity plastics applications, especially in polypropylene, where maximum reinforcement can be achieved at loadings as high as 20% to 40% while also achieving good long-term thermal stability (heat aging). JetFil® P200 is recommended for general purpose plastics and commodity plastics applications. JetFil® 625C by Magris Performance Materials is an off-white, high purity, extremely platy, fine talc-based filler. It is recommended for excellent stiffness, HDT and dimensional stability as well as improved impact strength and aesthetics in high-performance plastics.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is used in a variety of plastics applications including in automotives, appliances, packaging, foaming, films, wire and cable applications.</li><li>It is available in compacted form minimum dust and to enable applications in the highest filled compounds and masterbatch products.</li><li>It is also ideal for nucleation of semi-crystalline plastics, for plastic films, foamed plastics and for flame retardant applications.</li><li>JetFil® 625C is used in a variety of plastics applications including in automotives, appliances, packaging, foaming, films, and wire and cable applications.</li></ul> JetFil® 700D by Magris Performance Materials is an off-white, high purity, extremely platy, ultrafine talc-based filler. It is recommended for excellent stiffness, HDT and dimensional stability, impact strength and aesthetics in high-performance plastics.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>.It is available in compacted form for maximum extruder throughput, minimum dust and improved dispersion.</li><li>It is also ideal for nucleation of semi-crystalline plastics, for plastic films and foamed plastics.</li><li>It is densified for reduced dust and ease of dispersion in lower shear extruders.</li><li>It could also be used for reinforcement in engineering thermoplastics or other high-performance plastics for uniform and fine cell nucleation in foamed plastics, and for nucleation of semi-crystalline plastics.</li><li>JetFil® 700D is used in plastics applications mainly for reinforcement in polyolefins especially where excellent stiffness and impact resistance are required, including in automotive and appliances.</li></ul> JetFil® M500 by Magris Performance Materials is a high purity, platy, fine talc.
