JetFil® V390 by Magris Performance Materials is an extremely platy, coarse talc. The particle size distribution and top size of this product is engineered and controlled to provide maximum impact strength and the best balance of stiffness/ impact resistance. JetFil® V390 is beneficiated to maximize HDT and dimensional stability in plastics applications.
JetFil® T290 by Magris Performance Materials is off-white, extremely platy talc. <br><ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It improves stiffness, HDT and dimensional stability.</li><li>Its maximum reinforcement can be achieved at loadings as high as 20% to 40% while also achieving good long-term thermal stability (heat aging).</li><li> It increases modulus of elasticity, modulus of rupture and HDT.</li><li> It reduces water diffusion, weight gain and swell in water, loss of elasticity and rupture modulus in moist environment.</li><li> It improves warpage, creep, elastic recovery and improves processing efficiency.</li><li> JetFil® T290 is recommended for commodity plastics especially polypropylene and wood-plastic composites.</li>
JetFil® V700C by Magris Performance Materials is off-white, high purity, extremely platy, ultrafine talc.<br><ul style="padding-left: 40px;"> <li>It is excellent top-size control recommended for excellent stiffness, HDT and dimensional stability, impact strength and aesthetics in high performance plastics.</li><li>It is compacted for maximum extruder throughput, minimum dust, and improved dispersion. </li><li>JetFil® V700C is recommended for nucleation of semi-crystalline plastics, for plastic films, automotives, appliances and foamed plastics. </li>
