Tris(2-chloropropyl) phosphate. It acts as a flame retardant. It appears as a colorless or light yellow transparent liquid having molecular weight of 327.57. It is used in flexible and rigid polyurethane, polyisocyanurate foam, unsaturated polyester resins, PVC, elastomers, cellulose acetate, nitrocellulose, epoxy resins and others.
