BILLIONS™ BLR-886 by LB Group is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment produced by the chloride process. It is designed to deliver bright, white color with excellent processability. It gives excellent dispersion and minimal effect on melt-flow. BILLIONS™ BLR-886 is recommended in various applications like polyolefin masterbatches, high temperature extrusion coatings, cast films, engineering plastics and footwear. BILLIONS™ BLR-883 by LB Group is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment produced by the chloride process. It has special surface treatment which provides excellent yellowing resistance and degradation resistance in polyester systems. It is a bright white pigment that disperses well. It has good tinting strength, opacity and weatherability. BILLIONS™ BLR-883 is specifically designed for use in high temperature applications like polycarbonates, engineering plastics, weather-resistant plastic films such as PVC, agricultural, polyolefin and footwear. BILLIONS™ BLR-887 by LB Group is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment produced by the chloride process. It is specially designed to provide excellent processing performance, outstanding dispersion, excellent brightness, excellent tint strength, blue undertone, excellent lacing resistance and printing performance. BILLIONS™ BLR-887 is designed for manufacturers of high quality masterbatches, high-temperature extrusion coatings and cast films and engineering plastics. BILLIONS™ BLR-885 by LB Group is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment produced by the chloride process. It has dense silica surface treatment which provides excellent weathering resistance, good dispersion, brightness, a blue undertone and good opacity. BILLIONS™ BLR-885 is specifically designed for use in applications like exterior plastics such as composite or vinyl sidings, window profiles, decking, fences, plastic pipes, roof insulation membranes, durable exterior weather-resistant plastic films such as agricultural films. BILLIONS™ LR-108 by LB Group is a titanium dioxide pigment produced by the sulfate process. This pigment disperses easily in polyolefins with minimal effect on melt flow index, so that even masterbatch with high TiO2 concentration can produce film with high opacity and whiteness. It has low moisture and oil absorption, low reactivity with antioxidants. BILLIONS™ LR-108 shows excellent compatibility with plastic resins. It is highly recommended to use in masterbatches, plastics with high thermal stability in polyolefin and PVC films. BILLIONS™ BLR-688 by LB Group is rutile titanium dioxide pigment. It is produced using the sulfate process. It is designed for use in engineering plastics and suitable for interior & exterior profile & pipe application. It can be used in weatherable polyolefin film. BILLIONS™ BLR-688 exhibits high opacity and excellent processing properties. BILLIONS™ BLR-896 by LB Group is a titanium dioxide pigment produced by the chloride process. It is designed to provide superior durability for the most demanding exterior applications. Exhibits excellent optical and dispersion performance for superb visual appearance and formulation efficiency. Offers high weatherability. It is recommended for durable plastics applications including PVC profile and pipe. BILLIONS™ BLR-896 is suitable for organic treatment and inorganically treated with alumina & silica.
