LB Group has announced the completion of its acquisition of the titanium dioxide (TiO₂) pigment manufacturing site at Greatham, Teesside, UK, along with associated TiO₂ assets from Venator Materials UK Ltd (Venator). 

The companies state that the acquisition follows the signing of an Asset Purchase Agreement in October 2025, with the transaction completing on 27 April 2026, marking the start of integration.
