Viscosity depressant agent with dispersion action. Used for filled formulations. Offers very low volatility, odor and fogging. Viscosity depressant agent. Has a dispersing action, good compatibility and a good control of the viscosity during the ageing of the plastisol. Does not adverse the transparency, but it can reduce the heat stability. Can be used for spread coating, rotational molding, dipping and complies with all these requirements. Suggested for automotive interiors. Lubex 90 by Lamberti is viscosity depressant. Because of its low volatility and nonflammability it allows to limit the fumes problems, loss in weight as well as storage risks. Is fully compatible with PVC and does not adverse the heat and light stability. Also has non plasticizer effect. Lubex 90 is suggested for rotational molding and spread coating. Lubex 40 by Lamberti is a viscosity depressant agent with dispersion action. Has a high flash point, very low volatility, very good efficiency and a very low volatility. Does not adverse the heat and light stability. Improves the spreading speed limiting drag on doctor blade and pinholding. Lubex 40 is particularly effective in PVC filled formulations and in plastisols with a low plasticizer content. Lubex AF 250 by Lamberti is an antifog additive. Offers low cost and high transparency. Provides good toughness and flexibility even at low temperatures. Lubex AF 250 is used for films of vinyl chloride polymers used for food packaging e.g., vegetable produce, fruit, meat and product frozen. Lubex AF 50 by Lamberti is antifog additive.
