Lastab CE 1033 by Lamberti is Liquid a-toxic Ca/Zn stabilizer. Phthalate free. Has good initial color and transparency. Used for the production of clinging films for food packing by blown extrusion and for the extrusion of flexible hoses for food contact application. Can be also used for the production of spread coated articles for food contact application. Lastab CE 1033 also suitable for plastisol application such as conveyor belt for food industry. Lastab EK 41 by Lamberti is liquid potassium/zinc kicker. Has been introduced on the market for the activation of plastisol with plasticizer content ranging between 60 up to 90 phr. Is in high boiling carrier. Lastab EK 41 is used in wall paper manufactured and in expanded leathercloth articles. Lastab ES 202 by Lamberti is potassium/zinc kicker free from 2 ethyl hexanoic acid (2EEA)derivatives. Offers good color and color retention. Lastab ES 202 is used mainly in wall covering manufacture and in expanded leather cloth articles. Lastab CZ 5 by Lamberti is calcium/zinc stabilizer. Imparts good heat stability and very good transparency and displays self-lubricating action. Lastab CZ 5 is used in formulations for food packaging, blood transfusions and conveyor belts. Also suitable for the calendering of rigid films, in combination with tin stabilizers. High performance Ba/Zn liquid stabilizer with low volatiles, low phenol and PTBBA & 2 ethyl-hexanoic acid free. Displays a very good early color and clarity along with an outstanding long term heat stability. Shows a very good aging and UV resistance. Used for the stabilization of plastisols based on emulsion resins or combination of emulsion and micro-suspension resins. Ca/Zn liquid stabiliser for non toxic flexible compounds. Phthalate, phenol and nonyl phenol free. In comparison to the traditional products, it confers a better long term heat stability. Has good initial color, medium lubricating action and transparency. Used for the production of flexible transparent blown films intended to come into contact with foodstuffs, and for the extrusion of hoses and tubes. Can be also used for the production of spread coated articles for food contact application. Also suitable for plastisol application such as conveyor belt for food industry. Low phenol, pTBBA and 2 EHA free Ca/Zn liquid stabilizer. Confers a pure early color and a very good transparency. Is a very low emission stabilizer and it represents a good compromise between cost and performance. Provides a very good long term heat stability. Used for the stabilization of plastisols based on emulsion resins or combination of emulsion and micro-suspension resins. Liquid Ca/Zn stabilizer. Used for the production of anti-fog vinyl articles obtained by spread coating. Displays a very good long term heat stability, a good color retention and an acceptable transparency. Does not increase the viscosity of the plastisol during the ageing. Liquid Ba/Zn stabiliser PTBBA and Ethyl-Hexanoic acid free. High efficiency stabiliser, specifically studied for plastisol stabilisation. Displays good weathering properties. Combines a very good long term heat stability with a very pure color. Used for leathercloth , tarpaulins and flooring base coat formulations. Magnesium/Zinc liquid stabiliser. Confers low viscosity to the pastes where it is used. Has stability effect both on zinc sensible and other types of emulsion resins, therefore it is widely used in rotational moulding. Used for the manufacture of spread leather cloth, wall paper and other plastisol applications. Particularly suggested for the production of toys by rotational moulding.
