CENTURY™ 1224 Stearic Acid by KRATON is a saturated fatty acid-based lubricant. It contains approximately 70% C-18 stearic acid with typically 23% methyl branched C-18 saturated acids. It is derived from a renewable vegetable source. It offers compatibility with other liquid fatty acids and vegetable oils. It is recommended for greases and rubber compounding. CENTURY™ 1224 Stearic Acid has a shelf life of 12 months.
