It appears as a yellow crystal or white powder and is applicable to polyolefins, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene etc. 2-Hydroxy-4-n-octoxy benzophenone. It acts as a light stabilizer with good performance, capable of absorbing the UV radiation of 240-340 nm wavelength. It appears as a light yellow needle-like powder. It is non-toxic, show small mobility and easy processing etc. with good compatibility. It protects the polymer to its maximum extent and helps to reduce the color. It delays the yellowing and obstacle the loss of its physical function. Applicable to various plastic products, particular effective to polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, polyurethane, acrylic resin, light colored transparent furniture, with the dosage of 0.1-0.5%.
