Antimonous trioxide General type acts as a flame retardant for plastic products, such as, PVC, PP, PE, PS, ABS, PU etc. and in rubber industries, such as, conveyer belt, cable etc. It also acts as a bulking agent. It is also used as an organic synthesis activator & synthesis metal passivating agent. It appears as a white powder with the molecular weight of 291.5. Antimonous trioxide General type is generally used in matching with halogen compounds.
