PE Calcium Carbonate -Film Casting Grade 03 by J K Group is a PE carrier resin based calcium carbonate filler and impact modifier masterbatch. It is environment friendly and offers an extremely good dispersion with any polymer. PE Calcium Carbonate -Film Casting Grade 03 improves printability, smoothness, hardness, stiffness, sealability, anti-block, and anti-slip. It decreases extruder torque & increases machine throughput between 5 to 10% which leads to reduced processing costs. PE Calcium Carbonate -Film Casting Grade 03 maintains the transparency of polymer and keeps optical properties almost intact. Used for LDPE/LLDPE/HDPE film casting.
