NUCLEATING AGENT MASTERBATCH -PA 09 by J K Group is a PP carrier resin based third generation sorbitol derived nucleating agent masterbatch. It provides a large number of nucleating sites which results in formation of many small size spherulites and hence improved clarity by transmission of more light. The cycle time can be reduced by reducing cooling time during injection molding. Recommended for PP based end products such as disposable syringes, films, containers, buckets, jugs, bottles etc. NUCLEATING AGENT MASTERBATCH -PA 09 is suitable to be used in injection molding at melt temperature of 230-240°C and maximum back pressure. The let-down ratio is 1-3%.
SLIP ADDITIVE MASTERBATCH -PA 06 by J K Group is a PE carrier resin based highly pure erucamide. Acts as a slip agent masterbatch. It exhibits low volatility as well as low amide loss during processing and can withstand higher processing temperatures. SLIP ADDITIVE MASTERBATCH -PA 06 is slow migrating and does not affect subsequent sealing operations. It helps to smoothen film surface by reducing coefficient of friction. It does not affect bond strength when used in multilayer lamination film in one of the layers. SLIP ADDITIVE MASTERBATCH -PA 06 is recommended for LDPE, LLDPE films which are used in FFS machines. The active ingredient content is 10% and let down ratio is 0.5-1.5%.
