ANTI-BLOCK MASTERBATCH -PA 1 1 by J K Group is PE carrier resin based highly pure precipitated silica. Acts as an antiblock agent masterbatch. It reduces blocking tendency of two film surfaces in contact with each other. The blocking tendency increases with corona treatment due to high winding tensions & high processing temperatures. Used in LDPE & LLDPE films. The content of active ingredient is 20-25% and let down ratio is 0.5-1.5%.
