Phoslite™ B85AX by Italmatch Chemicals is a halogen-free flame retardant synergistic preparation system based on inorganic phosphinate. It is an easy to disperse & to color, non-blooming, non-corrosive and non-hygroscopic additive with a very high phosphorus content.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is fully colorable and formulated to match different FR standards and to reach UL-94 V0 and V2 on low thicknesses.</li><li>Suitable for TPU polymers and polypropylene resins used in extrusion and injection applications.</li>
<li>It is normally used at concentration from 10-30% in TPU and 1-5% in polypropylene depending on polymer type and formulation.</li>
<li>Phoslite™ B85AX is used in copolyesters, PP (synergic), ABS, PLA, Epoxy, UPR and PU.</li></ul> Phoslite™ B844A by Italmatch Chemicals is a phosphorus-based flame retardant. It is non-toxic, fully colorable and exhibits high thermal stability. It contains very low halogen (around 2.8%). The loading range is 3% in 840 ppm bromine. Phoslite™ B844A is suitable for high glow wire applications (GWIT). Phoslite™ B113A is a phosphorus-based flame retardant. It is non-toxic, fully colorable and exhibits high thermal stability. It contains low halogen (around 18%) and is free of antimony trioxide or any other heavy metal. The loading range is 1-3% and is suitable for use in PP homo- and co-polymer, extrusion and injection grades, filled and glass grades. Phoslite™ B630CF is a finely grinded phosphorus-based flame retardant. It is non-toxic, fully colorable and exhibits high thermal stability. It contains low halogen (around 10%) and is free of antimony trioxide or any other heavy metal. The loading range is 1-3% and suitable for use in PP fibers, textiles. Phoslite™ EXP-PA is an inorganic phosphorus-based halogen-free flame retardant. It is fully colorable. It matches UL-94 V0 specifi9cation with excellent GWIT and GWFI values. Suitable for use in glass fiber-reinforced PA6. Phoslite™ B404A is an inorganic phosphorus-based flame retardant. It is non-toxic, fully colorable and exhibits high thermal stability. It contains no halogen and contains a special organic synergist. The loading range is 6.5-7.5% depending on polymer type and specific formulation. Proper formulations offer unmatchable UV and thermal stable compounds and excellent GWIT values. Suitable for use in polypropylene. Phoslite™ B85CX is an inorganic phosphorus-based halogen-free flame retardant. It is fully colorable. It matches UL 94 V0 at different thickness, depending on specific formulation. It offers superior thermal performances when compared to existing phosphates plasticized FR compounds, with particularly high Vicat and HDT values (around +30°C). Suitable for use in PC (also glass filled), PC/ABS and PC alloys. Phoslite™ B85CX is an inorganic phosphorus-based halogen-free flame retardant. It is a concentrated, pellet form on polymer carrier and fully colorable. Suitable for use in PC (also glass filled), PC/ABS and PC alloys. Phoslite™ B631C by Italmatch Chemicals is a phosphorus-based flame retardant. It is non-toxic, fully colorable and exhibits high thermal stability. It contains low halogen (around 10%) and is free of antimony trioxide or any other heavy metal. Suitable for extrusion and injection molding applications. The loading range of Phoslite™ B631C is 1-3% and it is suitable for flame proofing polypropylene homo- and co-polymer. Phoslite™ B65AM is an inorganic phosphorus-based halogen-free flame retardant. It is fully colorable. It matches UL-94 V0 and V2 on low thicknesses depending on specific formulation. Suitable for use in use in unfilled or glass-filled PBT, UPR and PET-G.
