Phoslite™ B85AX by Italmatch Chemicals is a halogen-free flame retardant synergistic preparation system based on inorganic phosphinate. It is an easy to disperse & to color, non-blooming, non-corrosive and non-hygroscopic additive with a very high phosphorus content.
- It is fully colorable and formulated to match different FR standards and to reach UL-94 V0 and V2 on low thicknesses.
- Suitable for TPU polymers and polypropylene resins used in extrusion and injection applications.
- It is normally used at concentration from 10-30% in TPU and 1-5% in polypropylene depending on polymer type and formulation.
- Phoslite™ B85AX is used in copolyesters, PP (synergic), ABS, PLA, Epoxy, UPR and PU.
