Rutile titanium dioxide pigment. The main modifier is Al and titanium dioxide content is 95%. Recommended for flexible PVC, ABS, polyolefin (PE, PP, PS) and engineering plastics. Tarnish occurs when it used for Pb-stabilized rigid polyvinyl chloride applications (for building materials).
