Rutile titanium dioxide pigment. It is good on its whiteness, bluish tone, opacity and tinting strength. Recommended for flexible PVC, rubber, polyolefin, ABS and engineering plastics. The yellowing phenomenon occurs when it is used in Pb-stabilized rigid polyvinyl chloride.
