Inovol AF12 by Inovyl permits greater efficiency in the stripper by reducing foam formation and enhancing thermal transfer from stream to polymer slurry.
Developed to effectively reduce foaming that could occur during the discharge of slurry from reactor or during the high temperature stripping of PVC slurry.
Allows trouble free operation of stripping columns. Minimises carry-over of polymer. Inovol AF12 has no negative effect on polymer quality. Inovol EL25 by Inovyl is an emulsifier. It reduces plastisol viscosity or offers low plastisol viscosities to highly filled formulations. It retains an excellent foam structures of the polymer. It can be used with viscosity reducers and over a wide range of ambient temperature (it owns a low crystallisation temperature). Moreover it guarantees minimum coagulum formation in Mini emulsion, emulsion or Micro suspension operations. That surface active material establishes excellent latex particle size distribution in emulsion PVC. Partially hydrolysed polyvinyl acetate with a block distribution of hydroxyl groups, offers low toxicity and flammability. It's a water-based secondary for non-condenser cooled processes which allows to save primary suspending agent like PA4.
It's used to guarantee good homogeneity especially for PVC, to enhance strippability, porosity and size distribution. Indeed it optimises tight particle size distribution giving low fine and coarse fractions.
It's recommanded for VA polymers, low k-value PVC grades, low k-value resins and for products requiring good strippability and low residual VCM. Partially hydrolysed polyvinyl acetate with a random distribution of hydroxyl groups, offers low toxicity and flammability. It is particularly suitable with PA4 for low foaming reactors with condenser cooled processes.
It has been made for stable and consistent recipes.
This very consistent suspending agent guarantees a high bulk density on rigid grades, an uniform and homogeneous porosity, low coarses and fine fractions to the produced polymers.
It's used to determine porosity, particle size and size distribution but also to increase processability, generating little particle size or to enhance plasticizer absorption. Is a partially hydrolysed polyvinyl acetate, ready to be dispersed in water. It enhances strippability and efficiency especially with low k-value resins.
This is a primary suspending agent which is efficient to optimise size control during polymerisations of PVC under demanding conditions ( high condenser action, high M/W ratio, hot water and simultaneous charging conditions). It's used to determine porosity, particle size and size distribution. And it's possible to add a secondary suspending agent.
