Polarite® 503E by Imerys is a treated kaolin. Its new mineral solution allowing the highest insulation performance for medium and high voltage cables. It is also suitable under wet conditions and extreme temperatures. Polarite® 503E is recommended for use with polyamides to impart good dimensional stability, rigidity and impact strength. It is applicable for construction and cables. Polarite™ 503S by Imerys is a calcined kaolin treated with a vinyl functional silane for use with peroxide and other free radical cross-linking systems. Polarite™ 503S is specifically designed for high voltage cable insulation based on ethylene propylene rubber. Polarite™ 403A by Imerys is a surface treated calcined kaolin. It is recommended for use with peroxide and other free radical crosslinking systems. It allows very good dispersion, hydrophobicity and interface affinity with elastomeric compounds. It is suitable for high voltage cable insulation based on ethylene propylene rubber and other elastomers applications where higher levels of reinforcement and mechanical performance are required. Polarite™ 403A is designed for use in wire & cable and ISO9001 certified. Polarite™ 103A by Imerys is calcined kaolin treated with a vinyl functional silane. It is recommended for silicone rubber & elastomer and wire & cable. Polarite™ 103A is suitable for use with peroxide and other free radical crosslinking system. Polarite™ 102A by Imerys is calcined kaolin which is coated with an aminosilane coupling agent. It is recommended for use with polyamides to impart good dimensional stability, rigidity and impact strength. Polarite™ 102A is designed for use in thermoplastics, plastics & polymers.

Polarite™ by Imerys is a range of amino-silane treated calcined and hydrous kaolins designed for polyamide applications.
