Jetfine® T2 C by Imerys is pure, off-white talc which reduces the overall carbon footprint of the end product. It improves dimensional stability and provides outstanding stiffness & impact strength balance in polymers due to its high lamellarity and ultrafine grind properties. In order to improve bulk density and achieve a higher compounding output, it is compacted. It enables the creation of densely packed compounds. Jetfine® T2 C imparts superior scratch and mar resistance. It is recommended for exterior and interior automotive parts and electronics housings. JetFine® 3 C A by Imerys is an ultrafine talc-based filler. Its high lamellarity attributes to its high reinforcing ability. Provides excellent impact resistance, dimensional stability, stiffness, optimum handling and redispersion balance over range of temperatures. It reduces part thickness and improves dispersion of the rubber phase in TPO formulations. Reinforcement of plastics with the talc enhances their performance in terms of CLTE and temperature resistance. It improves mechanical properties and is compatible with alloys based on PA, engineered plastics, ABS, PC, PBT and polyesters. Suitable for compounding, twin-screw co-rotating extrusion and injection molding. Designed for biodegradable plastics which renders biopolymers fit-for-use as a substitute for conventional thermoplastics. Recommended for automotive applications like car body panel, bumper as well as electronic and electrical parts like computer and television housing. Adding 10% of the talc to formulations increases rigidity by 40% and reduces CLTE by 20%. It outperforms very fine talcs providing 20% higher toughness retention. JetFine® 3 C A is food contact complaint. JetFine® 0.7 C A by Imerys is a talc filler with high lamellarity attributes to its high reinforcing ability. Provides excellent dimensional stability, impact resistance, stiffness and optimum handling/re-dispersion balance over range of temperatures. Compatible with alloys based on PA, engineered plastics, ABS, PC, PBT, polyesters. Improves dispersion of the rubber phase in TPO formulations and reduces part thickness. Provides good CLTE, stiffness and temperature resistance. It is suitable for compounding, twin-screw co-rotating extrusion and injection molding. Recommended for zero-gap automotive applications like bumper, car body panel, as well as electronic and electrical parts like television housing, computer etc. JetFine® 0.7 C A also imparts superior scratch and mar resistance and improves nucleation in crystalline polymers. It is compacted to obtain higher bulk density resulting in an increase in compounding throughput and allowing the preparation of highly filled compounds.
