MAGLITE® K

MAGLITE® K by Hallstar is used as an acid neutralizer/acceptor.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is a high purity, magnesium oxide designed to produce a lower activity product for applications where longer reaction time is required.</li> <li>It is used in a wide variety of compounding applications including fluoroelastomers, butyl, chlorobutyl, and nitrile rubbers, as well as polyester sheet molded compound.</li> <li>MAGLITE® K is compatible with butyl, chlorinated rubber, chlorobutyl, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, fluoroelastomers and nitrile.</li></ul>

MAGLITE® D (RX-13856)

MAGLITE® D (RX-13856) by Hallstar acts as acid receptor/ acid neutralizer in fluoroelastomer compounding. It is magnesium oxide. It is a high purity, lightly calcined, high surface area, very active magnesium oxide. This high quality magnesium oxide is produced through a precision controlled seawater extraction process, which produces consistent unique crystal morphology and very narrow particle size distribution for applications where fast reaction rates are required. MAGLITE® D (RX-13856) is used in chlorinated rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, chlorobutyl, fluoroelastomers, nitrile and polychloroprene.

MAGLITE® DE by Hallstar acts as an acid neutralizer/acid receptor in fluoroelastomer compounding. It is a high surface area, high activity magnesium oxide which provides excellent reactivity in fluoroelastomer compounds by removing and neutralizing hydrogen fluoride.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It also improves bin aging in polychoroprene compounds.</li> <li>MAGLITE® DE is compatible with chlorinated rubber, chlorobutyl, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, fluoroelastomers and polychloroprene.</li></ul>
