Dragonox -TBM6 by Guangzhou Flying Dragon is 4,4‘-thiobis( 2-tbutyl-5-methylphenol). Acts as antioxidant. It belongs to a thiobisphenol class with high-performance and non-staining. Has good synergistic effects if the product cooperates with dilauryl thiodipropionate (or distearyl thiodipropionate). Used for PE wire/cable compounds. Dragonox -TBM6 is especially used in crosslinked polyethylene and colophony resin. It is permitted to use in the plastic products contacting with food, as it has low toxicity. Dragonox -TNPP by Guangzhou Flying Dragon is tri-(nonyl-phenyl) phosphite. Acts as anti-oxidant. Dragonox -TNPP is general-purpose phosphite stabilizer. It cannot dissolved in water, but it can dissolve in organic solvent without acid and base. Dragonox -TNPP is used in most polymers such as HDPE, LLDPE, SBR, ABS, PVC and other polymers. Dragonox -PS 802 by Guangzhou Flying Dragon is 3‘-thiobispropanoic acid, dioctadecyl ester. Acts as anti-oxidant. Used for plastic and polymer compounds. Dragonox -1135 by Guangzhou Flying Dragon is benzenepropanoic acid, 3, 5-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxy-, C7-C9 branched alkyl esters. Acts as antioxidant. Used for polyurethane foam. Dragonox -B225 by Guangzhou Flying Dragon is an antioxidant. Used for PP, PE plastics. Dragonox -1035 by Guangzhou Flying Dragon is 2,2‘-thio-bis{ethyl-B-(3,5-ditertbutyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)}- propionate. Acts as antioxidant. Used for PE,PP plastic and compounds. Dragonox 1024 by Guangzhou Flying Dragon is benzene propanoic acid, 3 , 5-bis-1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxy-2- {3-[3,5-bis(1,1 -dimethylethyl )-4-hydroxyphenyl ]-1-oxopropyl }hydrazide. Acts as anti-oxidant. It is a characteristic of nondiscoloring and good synergistic. It is used for PE, PP, PA and so on. Dragonox 1024 is mainly used in wire and cable insulation. The amount to be used may be 0.1%~0.5 %. Dragonox -697 by Guangzhou Flying Dragon is 2,2’-oxamidobis[ethyl 3-(3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate. Acts as sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant and metal deactivator. It is non-discoloring and non-staining. Imparts thermal stabilizer with outstanding metal deactivation properties. Possesses low volatility and strong synergistic effect with phosphites, other phenols and thioesters. Dragonox -697 is used to protect polymers against oxidative degradation and metal catalyzed degradation during processing and in end-use applications. It also provides long term thermal stabilization properties. The typical end use applications include wire and cable insulation, film and sheet manufacture as well as automotive parts. Dragonox -B215 by Guangzhou Flying Dragon is an antioxidant. Imparts clear clarity of solution. Used for PP, PE plastics and compounds. Dragonox -B561 by Guangzhou Flying Dragon is tetrakis [methylene-3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl-propionate)] methane & tris -(2,4-di -tert -butyl -phenyl)-phosphite. Acts as antioxidant. Dragonox -B561 is used for PP,PE plastics.
