Sipax® NA-1 by GCH Technology is a clarifying agent produced by advanced synthesis and purifying techniques. Improves the transparency, haze value, gloss, HDT, rigidity, flexural modulus and tensile strength of PP film, sheet and injection products. Sipax® NA-1 also helps to reduce the possibility of warpage. Sipax® TCPP by GCH Technology acts as a flame retardant. Has good heat conductivity and hydrolysis stabilizer. Sipax® TCPP offers low viscosity in low temperature when it is used in polyurethane foam, unsaturated polyester and phenolic plastic. Sipax® FR-910 by GCH Technology is a flame ret/ardant synergist with halogen/ phosphorus based flame retardant system. It has wonderful synergic flame retardance if used together with Sb<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>. It improves the flame retardance and smoke reduction. It absorbs hydrogen bromide which is generated in high temperature processing. Inhibits smoke generation and reduces corrosion on mold. Offers good processing stability, excellent whiteness, gloss, surface smoothness and impact strength. Recommended for engineering plastics such as PP, PA, PET, PBT, ABS, PVC and PC/ABS. Excellent performance is obtained at low dosage. Sipax® NDO by GCH Technology is free-flowing granular type additive mixture. Has high abrasion-resistance ability and high productivity. Can consist of antioxidants, light stabilizers, nucleating agents, lubricants and any other general-purpose additives or functional additives. Is 100% of additives without any carrier resin or intermediate, and strictly follows the formula recipe of individual additive powder. Sipax® NA-2 by GCH Technology is a third generation clarifying agent for polypropylene. Comparing with the second generation clarifying agent NA-1, while keeping the perfect performance in reducing the haze value and increasing transparency, NA-2 has better performance in odor issue of final polypropylene products. Can obviously improves the transparency, haze value, gloss, HDT, rigidity, flexural modulus and tensile strength of PP film, sheet as well as injection products, and help to reduce the possibility of warpage. Sipax® NA-2 is used in high-grade PP products, especially for food contact substances and healthcare stuffs. Sipax® NAE-23 by GCH Technology is nucleating agent. Offers good dispersion in low processing temperature. Improves light transmittance, surface gloss, tearing strength, impact resistance and processibility. Recommended for extrusion blown film. Compatible with LLDPE. Sipax® NAE-23 is recommended to make into masterbatch or NDO before feeding for improved dispersion. The dosage rate is 0.04~0.2%, according to the thickness of film. Cresyl diphenyl phosphate. Acts as a fire retardant, plasticizer, gasoline and lubricant additive. Has very good mutual solubility, oil resistance, electric insulativity, good hydrolysis stability, low volatility, high plasticization effect, low-temperature features and good abrasion resistance. Suitable for application in multiporous PP material, such as PP fiber with millipore, ventilated package film, lithium battery diaphragm, (R-PP)BOPP rough film for capacitance etc. Recommended to use in form of masterbatch or NDO before feeding in order to have good dispersion. The dosage rate is 0.05-0.3%. Sipax® NA-98 by GCH Technology is sorbitol based additive. Acts as a clarifying agent. It improves clarity, gloss, HDT, flexural modulus and tensile strength. Recommended for beverage packing, food packaging, household cleaners etc. Compatible with PP. Suitable for extrusion and injection molding. Recommended to add in the form of masterbatch or NDO before feeding to have improved dispersion. The dosage level of Sipax® NA-98 is 0.15-0.3%.
