Flame retardant synergist with halogen/ phosphorus based flame retardant system. It has wonderful synergic flame retardance if used together with Sb2O3. It improves the flame retardance and smoke reduction. It absorbs hydrogen bromide which is generated in high temperature processing. Inhibits smoke generation and reduces corrosion on mold. Offers good processing stability, excellent whiteness, gloss, surface smoothness and impact strength. Recommended for engineering plastics such as PP, PA, PET, PBT, ABS, PVC and PC/ABS. Excellent performance is obtained at low dosage.
