Nofia® OL1000 by FRX polymers is a halogen-free flame retardant. Nofia® OL1000 is phosphonate oligomer and is suitable for UP, epoxy, polyurethane and polyurea. Nofia® CO6010-EX by FRX polymers is environmentally-sustainable, polyphosphonate-based flame retardant.<br>

It offers an exceptionally high limiting oxygen index. It is a transparent polymer with a glass transition temperature of about 105°C and covers a wide range of melt flow. It is a non-halogenated, non-corrosive and non-migrating grade. It possesses high melt flow. It is compatible with PET, PTT, PBT, PLA, PC, TPU and TPEE. Nofia® HM7000 is used in fibers for carpet & textiles, foams, electronic connectors, transparent sheet products, blown films, wire and cable. Phosphorus based flame retardant. It allows high extrusion throughput rates and a superior surface quality. Has ability to achieve the most stringent FR specifications at a thickness of 0.4mm while maintaining full transparency and excellent melt flow. It is highly soluble in wide range of common organic solvents but insoluble in water and hexane. Nofia® OL5000 is a low molecular weight alternative to polymers useful for optimizing properties (such as flexibility). It enables a final product which is easily colorable. Used for thermoplastics (elastomers), unsaturated polyesters, thermoplastic polyurethane, epoxy, polyurea and thermoset resins. Can also be used in wires & cables as well as building and construction. It is also used in polycarbonate film/sheet and moldings. Nofia® HM9000 by FRX polymers is a transparent, phosphorus-based flame retardant. It offers an exceptionally high limiting oxygen index. It is a transparent polymer with a glass transition temperature of about 105°C and covers a wide range of melt flow. It is a non-halogenated, non-corrosive and non-migrating grade. It is poly(phosphonate-co-carbonate) and is part of a family of products that are produced in a range of high to low phosphonate content. It offers good impact resistance and glass transition temperatures while maintaining high melt flow and limiting oxygen index. It provides full transparency and good toughness comparable to PC at <2mm. It is compatible with polycarbonate and polycarbonate blends. Nofia® CO3000 is applicable in thin, transparent, high flow molding electronic equipment, consumer electronics applications, extruded films, sheet for building & construction and transportation applications. Nofia® HM5000 by FRX polymers is polyphosphonate that is phosphorus-based additive suitable for flame retarding both thermoplastics (elastomers) and thermoset resins. It allows the production of transparent flame retardant
thermoset resins. It is easy to process and achieves solid flame-retardant performance: UL-94 V0 rating. It offers transparency in the final product. It is compatible with PBT, PET, TPEE, TPU and UPE. Nofia® HM5000 finds application in wire and cable, film, sheet, fiber, building and construction (decorative laminates, wall panels). Nofia® HM1100 by FRX Polymers is a phosphorus based homopolymer. Acts as a flame retardant. Contains 10.8 wt.% phosphorus. Possess exceptionally high limiting oxygen index, particularly well-suited for a FR additive. It is transparent, high flowing polymer. It is non-migrating, non-corrosive and non-halogenated. Offers high tensile and modulus. Suitable for blown film process and compounding. Nofia® HM1100 is compatible with PBT, PET, PTT, PLA, TPU, PC and polyester elastomers. Recommended for fibers for carpets and textiles, transparent sheet products, electronic connectors, wire and cable.
