TEGOAMIN® DMEA by Evonik is an amine catalyst. It is recommended for polyether block foam (box and continuous) and hot cure molded foam. TEGOAMIN® 33 by Evonik is a tertiary amine-based catalyst. It cataylzes the gelling reaction. It is used in HR slabstock and HR molded foam production. It is suitable for the low emanation of polyurethane foams. It shows no negative influence on physical properties such as hardness, elongation & compression sets etc. TEGOAMIN® 33 exhibits no negative impact on critical aging tests (hydrolysis, thermal aging) and no delay of the post-curing process. TEGOAMIN® BDE by Evonik is a tertiary amine-based catalyst. It catalyzes the blowing reaction. It is designed for the production of highly resilient slab stock and highly resilient molded foams. It strongly accelerates both of the chemical reactions. It is suitable for the formation & low emanation of polyurethane foams. It is used in blowing and gelling reaction. It shows no negative influence on physical properties such as hardness, elongation & compression sets etc. TEGOAMIN® BDE exhibits no negative impact on critical aging tests (hydrolysis, thermal aging) and no delay of the post-curing process. TEGOAMIN® E8 by Evonik is an amine catalyst. It is recommended for polyester foam. It is suitable for thermoplastic polyurethane. TEGOAMIN® AS1 by Evonik is an amine catalyst. It is recommended for high resilience molded foam. It is used in thermoplastic polyurethane. TEGOAMIN® MS 40 by Evonik is a tertiary amine-based catalyst. It is a low corrosion delayed version of TEGOAMIN® 33. It can cataylze the gelling reaction. TEGOAMIN® MS 40 is used in HR slabstock and HR molded foam production. It is blocked with lactic acid and contains 40% water. TEGOAMIN® PTA by Evonik is an amine catalyst. It is recommended for polyether block foam (box and continuous). It is suitable for thermoplastic polyurethane. TEGOAMIN® EPS by Evonik is an amine catalyst. It is recommended for polyester foam. It is suitable for thermoplastic polyurethane. TEGOAMIN® ZE 1 by Evonik is a reactive amine-based catalyst. It cataylzes blowing reaction between isocyanate and water which generates the carbon dioxide gas. It is used in low emanation of polyurethane foams. It shows no negative influence on physical properties such as hardness, elongation & compression set. TEGOAMIN® ZE 1 exhibits no negative impact on critical aging tests (hydrolysis, thermal aging) and no delay of the post-curing process. TEGOAMIN® ZE 5 by Evonik is an emission-free tertiary amine-based catalyst (balanced gel). It catalyzes blowing reaction between isocyanate and water which generates the carbon dioxide gas. It is used in high resilience (HR) molded foam production.
