ACCUREL® SF164 is recommended at a dosage rate of 0.2-0.5 %. ACCUREL® GA372 by Evonik is an amine or amide-free anti-static agent. It is based on LLDPE carrier resin. It can be incorporated by using gravimetric dosing equipment or by adding it to a dry blend with virgin polymer. Recommended for LDPE and LLDPE films for electronics packaging. The recommended dosage rate of ACCUREL® GA372 is 0.5-1.0 %. ACCUREL® SF 660 by Evonik functions as a slip agent. Provides good release properties to injection molded PP/PE/EVA-based parts. It reduces the coefficient of friction at temperatures below 60°C. Recommended at a dosage level of 0.15-0.45 % as slip agent and 0.45-0.9 % as mold release agent. Provides better internal melt flow and smoother surface appearance. It can be incorporated using gravimetric or volumetric dosing equipment or by pre-blending it with the base resin. Suitable for transparent applications. Complies with EU Regulation EC 10/2011, FDA 21 CFR 177.1350 and REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006. ACCUREL® SF 660 is listed with GB 9685-2016 for use in paper, plastics and rubber with food contact. Shelf life is 12 months. ACCUREL® AF421 by Evonik is an anti-fogging agent by Evonik. It is based on LDPE. Used in cold or hot fog PE films. Recommended dosage level is 1.0-1.5%. ACCUREL® Si 792 by Evonik acts as an effective lubricant and mold release agent for polycarbonate. Its pre-dispersion in the porous carrier supports a homogeneous distribution in the finished product. It can be incorporated using gravimetric or volumetric dosing equipment or by physical blending with the base resin. Recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.4 % for excellent mold release and 1.5-2 % for a long-lasting lubricating effect. Complies with EU Regulation EC 10/2011, FDA 21 CFR 177.1580 and REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006. It is listed with GB 9685-2016 for use in plastics with food contact. The shelf life of ACCUREL® Si 792 is 12 months. ACCUREL® Si707 by Evonik acts as a lubricant as well as a release agent. It is based on PP copolymer carrier resin. It can be incorporated by using gravimetric dosing equipment or by adding it to a dry blend with virgin polymer. Recommended for PP molded components and BOPP films. ACCUREL® Si707 is designed for BOPP films for high slip and lubrication at addition levels of 2-4 %. ACCUREL® AF450 by Evonik is a cold/ hot antifog masterbatch for films and sheets based on styrene-butadiene copolymer. It can be incorporated at a dosage of 3-5 % using gravimetric or volumetric dosing equipment or by pre-blending it with the base resin. Complies with EU regulation EC 10/2011, REACH 1907/2006 and 21 CFR (FDA) Sec. 177.1640 for polystyrene and rubber modified polystyrene. It is listed with EINECS as well as GB9685-2016 for use in PP, PE, BDR, EVA and rubber with food contact. ACCUREL® AF450 has a shelf life of 12 months. ACCUREL® Si 761 by Evonik acts as a slip/lubricating agent in PP applications. It supports the release of injection-molded parts. Its pre-dispersion in the porous carrier supports a homogeneous distribution in the finished product. It is incorporated in the skin layer of biaxially oriented polypropylene films and reduces the coefficient of friction (COF), even at elevated temperatures. It can be incorporated using gravimetric or volumetric dosing equipment or by physical blending with the base resin. Recommended dosage level is 0.3-0.5 % for mold release, 1-1.5 % for lubrication and 0.4-1.4 % in BOPP skin layer. Complies with EU Regulation EC 10/2011, FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006. It is listed with GB 9685-2016 for use in paper, PE and rubber with food contact. Shelf life of ACCUREL® Si 761 is 12 months. ACCUREL® FR504 by Evonik is a halogen-free, flame retardant agent. Exhibits high concentrate for extruded or injection molded components and profiles made from styrenic resins and compounds. It is recommended at a dosage rate of 15-25%.
