Plasticolors® CF-2010 distributed by DKSH is a tinting black inorganic pigment dispersion. It is an easy to handle, low viscosity, pumpable, flowable and pourable grade. It provides high tint strength and pigment efficiency. It is dispersed in a low molecular weight unsaturated polyester resin. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>The unsaturation allows for cross-linking through double bonds as occurs in peroxide-cured polyesters or vinyl esters in the presence of a reactive monomer, such as styrene.</li>
<li>In addition, the secondary hydroxyl groups provide a means to crosslink the resin with polyisocyanates.</li>
<li>When cross-linked with or covalently reacted the CF resin is fully converted to a portion of the matrix solids.</li>
<li>It does not contain heavy metals, solvents and reactive monomers.</li>
<li>It is compatible with acrylate monomers.</li>
<li>Plasticolors® CF-2010 is designed for SMC, BMC, TMC, pultrusion, polyester cast, polymer concrete and polyester panels.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 24 months.</li>
