Polyester Acrylate Methacrylate. Exhibits exhibits excellent adhesion with low stress due to its high Tg DCPD units, low warpage, and hydrophobicity. Possesses very high thermal stability and low volatility. It has good solubility in both aliphatic and aromatic resins. Recommended for use as a base resin. Exceptionally low warpage can be achieved with the addition of polybutadiene type resins. Polyester Acrylate Methacrylate. Exhibits low CTE, high Tg, and high modulus. Possesses good adhesion on various substrates, very high thermal stability, low volatility and good hydrolytic stability. It has good solubility in both aliphatic and aromatic co-monomers. It shows brittleness, if used alone and the incorporation of a toughener (such as ABS, or hyperbranched polyester) is recommended. Recommended for use in low CTE thermosets. Polyester Acrylate Methacrylate. Exhibits exhibits excellent adhesion with low stress and low shrinkage due to its high Tg polycyclic repeat units. Possesses ultra low warpage, hydrophobicity, very high thermal stability and low volatility. It has good solubility in both aliphatic and aromatic solvents and monomers. Recommended for use as a base oligomer.
