MM-204 by Designer Molecules is Dicyclopentadiene acrylate. It is a mono-functional acrylate monomer. It has low shrinkage, low viscosity and a high glass transition temperature upon cure. The secondary ester linkage is resistant to hydrolysis. MM-204 is recommended for use as a reactive diluent for UV or peroxide cured resins.
MM-304 by Designer Molecules is isobornyl cyclohexyl methacrylate (IBCHMA). It is a liquid mono-functional methacrylate monomer. It has similar properties as Isobornyl Methacrylate (IBOMA) when polymerized but with lower weight loss on cure. It has a mild, pleasant odor and has good resistance to hydrolysis. Recommended as a reactive diluent in UV- or peroxide cure formulations.
BMI 1500 by Designer Molecules is an amorphous, low molecular weight, imide-extended bismaleimide oligomer. Exhibits excellent low pH hydrolytic resistance and thermal stability. It can be homo-cured via UV or free radical initiators to form tough, hydrophobic, cross-linked polyimides. BMI 1500 amorphous nature of this imide-extended BMI allows it to form room-temperature-stable solutions in a variety of free radical reactive diluents. It is soluble in many common solvents such as toluene, xylene, MIBK, etc.
