MONDUR® CD by Covestro is a liquid & carbodiimide modified 4,4-MDI prepolymer. It is a polymeric crosslinker designed for polyurethanes. It has a range of functionalities to provide formulation flexibility. It exhibits high isocyanate content and low viscosity. It is used in the production of elastomers (solid and microcellular) and in the preparation of prepolymers for elastomer. It has a shelf life of 6 months. MONDUR® 1453 by Covestro is modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI)-terminated polyether prepolymer based on polypropylene ether glycol (PPG). It is a polymeric crosslinker designed for polyurethanes. It has a range of functionalities to provide formulation flexibility. It exhibits a low viscosity and lower reactivity than analogs based solely on 4,4’-MDI. It can be used in the formulation of binders, cast elastomers and spray elastomer systems. It has a shelf life of 6 months. MONDUR® TDS GRADE II by Covestro is an aromatic monomeric TDI. It is used for the production of high reactivity rate prepolymers with low monomer content. It has a shelf life of 12 months. MONDUR® MR Light by Covestro is an aromatic polymeric isocyanate based on diphenylmethane-diisocyanate (MDI). It is a high-performance aromatic diisocyanate (with BHT) and requires special storage temperature. MONDUR® PF by Covestro is a general-purpose liquid modified 4,4-MDI prepolymer. It is a polymeric crosslinker designed for polyurethanes. It has a range of functionalities to provide formulation flexibility. It exhibits high isocyanate content and low viscosity. It is typically used in combination with high molecular weight, reactive polyether polyols in the manufacture of high performance flexible elastomers (RIM and cast), and specialty foams (integral skin and semi-flex).
