Triethylene glycol bis (2-ethylhexanoate). Acts as a plasticizer. Exhibits low VOC content, low vapor pressure and good ability to mix with other plasticizers such as DOP and DOTP. Offers compatibility with polyvinyl butyral. Possesses high transparency, high boiling point, low water content and hydrophobicity. Provides positive effect on gloss, open time and rheological properties. Used in PVC coverings and tubing. Complies with AICS, DSL, NDSL, IECSC, EINECS, ELINCS, ENCS, ISHL, KECI, NZIoC, PICCS, TSCA and REACH.
