Carbios reports that commissioning of the PET biorecycling plant it is developing with Wankai New Materials in Haining (Zhejiang Province) has been postponed and is now expected by H1 2028. 

According to the company, the project continues to advance through preparatory steps for construction oversight and through validation of locally available waste streams.
