Xtend™ 19SAM by Axel is a proprietary resin solution comprising modified siloxane-based polymers. Xtend™ 19SAM is used as an external mold release agent for polyesters, epoxy, natural and synthetic rubber, vinyl ester DCPD, rigid polyurethanes. Xtend™ S-19C by Axel is a proprietary resin solution in aliphatic solvent blend. Used as an external mold release agent for FRP and metal tooling. Recommended for new, green or recently compounded FRP molds. Xtend™ S-19C is also used on aluminum molds prior to applying XTEND 800 or 802. Xtend™ 818 by Axel is Proprietary resin solution comprising modified siloxane-based polymers. Used as an external mold release agent for polyester, vinyl ester, and epoxy resin, and for open molding, high yield applications such as tub/shower and boat hulls that require class "A" finishes. Xtend™ 818 offers high gloss, easy, wipe-on. No polishing required. Xtend™ 20 RP by Axel is External mold release. An air-drying reactive resin solution that cures to a cross-linked semi-permanent coating, which provides multiple release without transfer. Proprietary resin solution in aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent blend. Long-lasting coating. Xtend™ 19ZAM by Axel is proprietary resin solution in aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent blend. Acts as external mold release agent in solid surface molding, open and closed molding. Used for polyester, vinyl ester DCPD, epoxy, natural and synthetic rubber, and rigid polyurethanes. Xtend™ 19ZAM offers fast curing.
