Recommended for all compounds where long period stability is required.
As a result of its inorganic sulphate basis, the lubrication effect is almost nonexistent inspite its modified structure. Imparts both good heat and light resistance on a long term basis.
Acts as an antioxidant and screen for U.V.
Excellent for products meant for outdoor use.
Can be used up to 180°C when used alone, mixed with Akstab PB KLSS it will give excellent weathering properties, long term heat stability, resistance to U.V. light and enable higher processing temperatures.
Will cause melt to slightly cool and back pressure to increase. Also acts as an internal lubricant in PVC processing improving the melt flow and output.
Particularly effective in emulsion type resins.
A very effective mold release agent.
Gives a synergic effect with small amounts of zinc carboxylates.
May be used in transparent objects. Akstab Pb NLS 28 by Akdeniz Chemson has an excellent lubricating effect and acts as a secondary heat stabilizer. In combination with basic lead phosphite and basic lead sulphate, it can be used, for instance in the stabilization all kind of pipes for the manufacture of barium/cadmium/lead stabilized profiles for rolling shutters garden fences, windows and cables. The overaddition of it or extreme process temperatures may cause blooming; in such cases Pb BLS 51 is recommended instead. Suitable for transparent products. Akstab CA 3 by Akdeniz Chemson acts as an internal lubricant in PVC processing improving the melt flow and output. It is a very effective mold release agent. It is particularly effective in emulsion type resins. Akstab CA 3 provides a synergic effect with small amounts of zinc carboxylates. Akstab Akdetal by Akdeniz Chemson is a heat stabilizer. It has an effective light stabilization. It is compatible with PVC resins and shows no migration or separation. It shows a high opacity in PVC resins due to its high refractive index. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;">

<li> Cables sheating stabilized with it shows the maximum practical volume resistivity. </li> </ul> Akstab ZN 53 by Akdeniz Chemson is the most powerful mold release agent among all metal soaps. It contains no electrolyte and has hydrophobic effect. It is used as co-stabilizer for Ba/Cd and Pb stabilizer systems, as a matting agent in paint industry. Akstab ZN 53 is also used to prevent adhesion in the processing of such materials as rubber, polyester and polyurethane. Akstab Pb BLS 51 by Akdeniz Chemson almost always combined with basic lead stabilizers of sulphate, phosphite or phtalate types to wich it lends a good inherent stability and a modest lubricating effect and is practically never used on its own. Its lubricating action is mainly internal, though it does contribute to the external lubricating effect as well, if used in sufficiently high quantity.
