Akdeniz DMA 650 by Akdeniz Chemson is an acrylic impact modifier. It offers better fusion behavior and higher gloss. It provides improved impact strength and very good weatherability in rigid and semi-rigid PVC applications. Akdeniz DMA 650 is more efficient for outdoor applications that require color and mechanical properties. Akdeniz PRO 40 by Akdeniz Chemson is an acrylic based processing aid. It increases the melt strength and fusion time significantly. It has the capability to bind PVC chains together, resulting increased melt elasticity by having long polymer chains. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;">

Not only it reduces plate out but also makes a very clear and glossy surface finish possible for the final product. Akdeniz PRO 50 can be used in combination with other processing aids, while improving melt homogeneity and heat stability. Low molecular weight acrylic processing aid. Reduces the fusion time and improves the melt homogeneity. Enables the processing at higher temperatures and increased production rates with the perfect quality of the final product's surface. Provides the die build-up reduction and gel reduction. Offers the improvements in processing recycled or regrind resins. The highest molecular weight processing aid. Reduces the density very significantly and makes the final product surface excellent. As the addition is increased, the ability of keeping the gas inside the melt improves, resulting lower density and better foam. Consistent processing becomes possible with the usage of this highly efficient processing aid. Used in foam applications. Akdeniz DMA 600 by Akdeniz Chemson is an organic-based heat stabilizer. It makes PVC pipes exceptionally durable and reliable, also under extreme conditions. Applicable for diameters > 315 mm and bright colors. Recommended for pressure pipes. Akdeniz DMA 600 by Akdeniz Chemson dosage rate is 2.5-2.7 phr.
