ADD PLAST RN by Advance Addmine is a hyperformer dispersing agent and multi-functional processing aid. It acts as external & internal lubricants suitable for EVA, TPR, TPE, PVC and rubber alloy compounds. It is an organic material, having amphiphilic nature derived from aliphatic & aromatic esters, fatty acids derivatives.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers good release properties & modifies flow during the process with carrier resin, filler, pigment & any additives.</li> <li> It prevents melt fracture during high shear extrusion and provides no plate out & excellent lacing resistance during the process.</li> <li> It imparts excellent dispersion & melt dispensability.</li> <li> ADD PLAST RN is recommended for automotive, engineering, cable, antifeb, raffia compound and PVC Sheets and Films.</li> <li> Its use level is 0.5-0.8% used in coated fillers & 1.0-1.5% recommended for uncoated fillers, however optimum performance level depends on polymer/filler ratio & hardware conditions.</li>

ADD PLAST PRO by Advance Addmine is an internal functionalized dispersing aid that also acts as external lubricants in highly filled polyolefin compounds, enhancing processibility and gloss properties.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It effectively prevents pigment agglomeration, reduces dusting during processing, improves heat stability.</li> <li>Recommended for black masterbatches, rubber applications and pigment-based compounds.</li> <li>The recommended usage for coated fillers ranges from 0.4% to 0.7%, while uncoated fillers may need 1.2% to 1.5% for optimal performance depending on polymer ratios and hardware.</li>
