ADD STAB by Advance Addmine is a one-pack stabilizer and lubricant designed for PVC applications, crafted from high-quality raw materials to ensure excellent thermostability and enhanced processability in various extrusion processes.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is non-dusting, eliminating the need for external lubricants and suitable for use with most common PVC types and fillers.</li>
<li>Its applications include rigid pipes and profiles, rigid sheets and roofing materials, PVC sheets and films, as well as cable and footwear production.</li>
<li> It obstructs PVC degradation, improves gelation, reduces fusion and sticking, ensures a more homogeneous melt of PVC, enhances surface gloss, and offers excellent processibility.</li>

It is a highly disperse and formulated mixture of polyglycerol fatty acids and complex esters derivatives. It offers excellent dispersion and flow modification.<br>

<li>It finds applications in calcium and talc-filled compounds, raffia and antifab compounds, pigment-based masterbatches, cable compounds, and EVA,TPR,TPE compounds.</li>
<li>ADD PLAST T is recommended to use 0.4-0.7% for coated fillers and 1.2-1.5% for uncoated fillers, but its use levels vary based on polymer or filler ratios and hardware conditions.</li>
