Ionphase™ fSTAT2 HF is designed for film production and electronic packaging. It is recyclable, humidity-independent, ready to use and is compatible with host polymer. It has a shelf life of 730 days.

BRUGGOLEN® M1417

BRUGGOLEN® M1417 by Brüggemann is an efficient chain breaking agent. It acts as chain modifier for polyamides. It effects a controlled shortening of molecule chains of high-viscosity polyamide scrap, e.g. from fiber production. It allows defined and reproducible adjustment of target viscosities and thus the upcycling into material for injection molding applications with flow properties and mechanical performance comparable to that of virgin material. It is suitable for the recycling of polyamide waste in form of polymeric granules. It is recommended for higher quality grade typically used for molding technical parts. BRUGGOLEN® M1417 provides cost advantage as waste material can be used. It is used for compounding on twin screw extrusion machines. The dosage level of the grade is 1.0-3.0%, depending on the polyamide source and the desired properties of the finished parts. The shelf life of the product is 12 months under (sealed, dry, 25°C) conditions.
