VM-r055 by Milliken acts as a viscosity modifier. It is a solid concentrate designed for recyclers to increase the melt flow rate of pre- and post-consumer polypropylene (rPP) in a very cost-effective manner. It shortens the material’s average molecule chain length, resulting in an easier, more consistent flow.

• It is suitable for use in resin production, compounding, injection molding and extrusion.
• It offers improved processability, and lowers molding processing temperatures, which can significantly reduce cycle times and increase productivity.
• It allows for precise dosing, easy & dust-free handling, and can be stored under standard warehouse conditions.
• The low volatiles content originating from peroxide decomposition products, forms no acetone and no tert-butanol.
• VM-r055 has a shelf life of 12 months.
