TRONOX® CR-822 by Tronox is a chloride processed, dense silica alumina treated rutile titanium dioxide pigment grade that is used in plastics and rubber applications. It is an FDA approve indirect food additive. It is characterized by an optimum balance of good initial gloss, ease of dispersion, opacifying power, chalk resistance and exterior weathering properties. Offers blue undertone and very high exterior durability. The product is stable and non-reactive under normal conditions. TRONOX® CR-822 is recommended for exterior plastics applications such as vinyl siding, window profiles, fencing, pipes and composite decking.
