TiONA® 8400 by Tronox is a high-performance, hydrophobic, blue-tone, chloride-process rutile titanium dioxide pigment. Designed for highest pigment loading applications. It provides high output rates for the masterbatch manufacturers. It has been designed for use in white and tinted polyolefin masterbatch and compounds where durability is not required. It offers outstanding brightness, whiteness, excellent powder handling, dispersibility and processability. TiONA® 8400 is resistant to lacing and die-lip build-up. It is recommended for engineering polymers, interior rigid PVC and styrenics. It is organically surface treated.
